The Kubicki Museum and Heritage Center is located on the southeast corner of the historic public square in the village of East Troy, Wisconsin. The museum operates under the auspices of the all-volunteer East Troy Area Historical Society, established in 1984.
The society collects, preserves and shares important documents, photographs, maps, books, and priceless artifacts; many on often changing public exhibit at the museum. The society changes the exhibits under different themes relating to the rich history of the Town of East Troy, Town of Troy, Town of Spring Prairie, Town of La Fayette, and the Village of East Troy.
Every year the Society sponsors visits by a variety of groups and individuals of all ages who wish to learn more about the geographic, political, economic, religious, military, social and legal aspects of the area’s history from pre-settlement days to the present.
